Rapid Transformational Therapy* is a unique method that typically requires 1-3 sessions to resolve most deeply-rooted issues. RTT* uses hypnosis and is a completely safe, natural, and relaxing process where you will remain in control throughout the duration of your session. During RTT* you will be regressed back to several memories in order to uncover where, when, how, and why you developed your presenting issue/problem. This insight will help you to gain a deeper understanding of the root, the cause, and the reason for your problem/issue. You must play an active role in the successful outcome of your session(s) and be motivated to change and follow through with the process. Results can vary - they may be instant, reflective or cumulative. In order for therapy to be successful we request that clients listen to the given recording every day for at least 21 days following the session.

Do not take part in RTT if you suffer from epilepsy or a psychotic illness. Before participating in a session ensure that you have not taken any drugs or alcohol.

You must provide Create Limitless You with the correct address for the location of the session, your contact number for the session and a third-party emergency contact number. You must ensure that the environment around you is safe and that you will remain distraction free for approximately 2 hours. Please turn off any phones or gadgets that are likely to make a noise.

If the session is arranged via video call, please make sure your internet connection can support this and is stable. We advise that clients use a computer, or at least ensure phones or tablets are positioned so that you face is visible and you do not need to hold or prop up the device. If possible, we advise that clients use headphones with a microphone so that there can be clear back and forth communication.

If at any point connection is lost, especially during transformation, you will be called back once the recording has been completed and then transformation will be continued at the end of the session. If you do not hear anything for a while, open your eyes and wait for the call back.
